Description

Gangni Municipality is a municipal town in Gangni Upazila under Meherpur District. Gangni city is one of the oldest commercial centers. On 21/06/2001, Saharbati Union, Dakhola Union and some parts of Gangni Union were named as Municipalities. The municipality is formed with an area of 17.12 sq km in 3 mauzas and 10 mauzas maps. Dhankhola Union in North-West, Raipur and Sholtaka Union in East-South, Saharbati in South-West. Gangni Municipality is located in the middle of Gangni Upazila.
